Safeguarding Concerns

If you have a safeguarding or child protection concern, please contact the school on 01689 826550 and ask to speak to our Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL), Mrs Anderson, or our Deputy DSL, Mrs Williams.

You can also contact the safeguarding team by email at dsl@st-philomenas.bromley.sch.uk.

This email account is monitored outside of normal school hours, including evenings and school holidays.  Please note that this email address is not an emergency service. If you believe a child is in immediate danger, please call 999.

Class Teachers

For parents and carers, your child’s class teacher should always be your first point of contact for questions or concerns.

You can contact your child’s class teacher through Seesaw, or speak to them on the playground at the beginning or end of the school day.

If another member of staff is better placed to help with your enquiry, your child’s class teacher will advise you who to contact.

Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)
